My best friend told me about this recipe and it is SO easy. It is perfect for one of those nights where you don't feel like cooking or making a big mess. I want to try and keep these ingredients in my pantry all the time...especially for those late nights doing hair. It is realllly good! I still like my cheeseburger potato soup the best but this is some yummy comfort food for sure :) And you can whip it all together in less than 5 minutes!!
Ingredients:
1 can cream of celery
2 cans cream of potato
2 cans water
1 bag refrigerated diced potatoes (like the hash brown kind but use the diced ones)
velveeta (you can use however much you like--- I bought the big one and used about 1/3 of it)
Cook all on stove on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Stir often so it does not stick. You could also put it in crock pot on low for 3-4 hours. Top with bacon bits & cheese :) Enjoy!
Oh.Me.Gah! That looks SOOOOO good! I must try it!

Oh looks so yummy! Found you via TT&J link party. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi, stopping by from your tt&j link up- I'll have to give this a try... my potato soup (though very good) takes a lot of time.
ReplyDeleteI need to make potato soup for a crowd and saw this on Pinterest. Do the potatoes turn out pretty tender using the diced kind?
